Join us for a revitalizing blend of breathwork, yoga, and ice bath immersion, surrounded by the sound of waves and the energy of like-minded souls. This isn’t just a workout, it’s a full reset. Expect salty air, deep breaths, and that post-ice-bath clarity that hits different.
Whether you’re new to cold immersion or a regular Wim Hof warrior, you’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and totally recharged.
Arrive on time as we will be running all the classes at the same time and keeping everyone together during the morning. 
? What to Bring:– Yoga mat ( or towel)
– Comfortable beachwear or yoga attire
– Towel (for after your ice bath)
– Water bottle
– Journal (optional for reflection)
– Warm clothes for after the plunge
